What is 13 more things? Jing sounds interesting but I'm not sure I can do it.

I absolutely LOVE Jing. It is free from Techsmith, a company based in Okemos, MI. Jing allows you to capture images from your computer screen, and even videos of your computer screen that you can narrate. It's a very easy way for me to create tutorials AKA "screencasts." Even better: you get 2 GB of FREE storage for your images and videos on Screencast.com (also a part of Techsmith). They even generate the embed code HTML that you simply copy and paste to put your videos right on your blog, wiki, or web page.

13 MORE things is the next online class about Web 2.0. You'll learn about Twitter, Voicethread, Google maps and Google custom search, screencasting, and a few other "things" I can't remember right at this moment. I hope you can find time to sign up when the class is offered again this fall. I think you'd like it Otto.

I guess the most important question is: Will there be SB-CEU's associated with it? It is not that I don't want to learn, I am just in dire need of SB-CEU's. I will probably do it even if they are not offered.

YES. I'm revising 23things into 2 separate classes each worth 1 SB-CEU: 11 things & 12 more things. Then the 3rd class will be... wait for it...

13 MORE things (get it? 11, 12, 13?) will also be worth 1 SB-CEU.

Hope you'll sign up!

Jim is developing three online classes. He wants the numbers in the titles to add up to 36 and be consecutive. He needs the three numbers to be integers. Find the three consecutive integers for Jim.

OOOOOOHHH I could do a mathcast with my pen on that!
x + (x+1) + (x+2) = 36
3x + 3 = 36
3x = 33
x = 11

The numbers are 11, 12, & 13! I'm so bright my mother calls me sonny (sunny, get it?)
