Can I ask a question here?
Should I be a folloer on a blog if I am using bloglines or is it redundant?
Blog comments are places to have "conversations" about the topic addressed by the blog post. You may consider composing your own open-ended blog post where you ask the questions you're seeking answers to, and invite your readers to respond via comments. Or in the case of 23 things you can try the HELP ME forum, or even good old email.
Since we'll be using Bloglines to follow each others blogs, you don't have to be a follower in Blogger, so yes it is redundant IMHO.
